ORDER AND ACCEPTANCE

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
Orders are processed daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. from Monday to Friday, all orders placed during weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been processed, you will be provided with an order confirmation and you will be contacted by our representative for dispatch and delivery expectations.
Northpasadena.com operates only in the Philippines; delivery addresses outside of the country will not be processed.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We normally do not accept returns and refunds unless proven that the product was bad or contaminated upon delivery and opening of rice sack. We cannot accept the damages or concerns found after consuming or using the product.
Since all of our imported rice are of premium quality, tasteful and fragrant, it is advisable to place our rice in a separate enclosed container or buy our resealable Zip-locked Polypropylene pp woven fabric 5 Kilogram rice sack and save the packaging material for future use.
INDEMNITY
Without prejudice to our other rights under these terms and conditions, a breach in any way of these terms and conditions, shall allow us take such action as we deem appropriate, including but not limited to, suspending your access to the website, prohibiting you from accessing the website, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the website, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to the website and/or bringing court proceedings against you.
